"It's a Girl" Banner


I wanted to share with you one of my most recent projects for a neighbor.  She was having a baby shower and asked if I would make a "It's a Girl!" banner for her.  It had been a while since I made one so I had to dust off some cobwebs from my Cricut.  Poor machine has been neglected since our move, but I hope to get it back up and running.

It certainly was a fun change of pace to make this pink colorful banner.  I used my Gypsy to size the scallops, text and baby onesie.  


Of course to finish it off I added some coordinating ribbons between the letters.

    Oh my gosh that is so CUTE! My niece is having a baby shower soon and I'd live to make her one of these. Can you please tell me the sizes of the scallops etc. you cut as well as what font you used? I know she would love it!! Thank you.

    I believe the scallop is 5 1/2", so I could get 4 from one sheet of 12 x 12 paper. The lettering is from Plantin School Book around 3 inches. Good luck with your niece's baby shower.
