Moving Forward Birthday

Here is a festive birthday card that I made for my sister.  I used the retired Moving Forward stamp set from Stampin Up.  I really love circles and trying to combine them in new ways.

I punched out the window with a circle punch and accentuated it with the Window Frame collection framilits.

Yippee, Make a Wish!

This adorable birthday card was made for my nephew's first birthday.  I thought the retired, Moving Forward, stamp set worked great for this card.  The sentiment is from Sweet Essentials, one of my new Stampin Up favorites.

Since this was a first birthday card, I wanted it to be fun.  I can't help but smile when I see this little frog and the bright colors really make the card cheery.  Perfect for a first birthday or any other.

Don't forget to stamp the inside of your cards and your envelopes too.  It just adds that extra touch.

Relax, Happy Retirement!

This Retirement card was made for my Father in Law.  He is retiring this week from the EPA after 35 years. When starting this card I realized how few masculine stamps I have.  I finally decided on this relaxing theme, when I saw these palm trees from a pirate stamp set I bought to do my son's birthday.

I decided that the "HOT" Polaroid trend would work great for this card.  I used my Cricut to cut mine out, but there are many die cuts available.  I think it sets the perfect scene for this retirement card, I just want to leave it all behind and go myself.

I hope this inspires you to try your hand with the Polaroid trend.
